Find, connect and fix every integration from one page, and connect more than one account to the same tool, such as two Gmail inboxes or two Shopify stores.

One list for everything connected, broken or available
The separate Browse and Manage tabs are gone. The Integrations page now shows everything in one list: a
Needs attention
section first, then
MCP servers
, then one section per category. Each section shows six integrations, with connected ones displayed first, and a
Show all
route to see the rest.
  • Several accounts per integration:
Connected accounts share one row, and an "Add" button connects another account, up to the integration's limit.
  • Problems show on the row:
A broken connection shows "Reconnect" or "Resume," with the reason, right on its row.
  • Filters and search:
Filter by "Category," "Connected," or "Mine" (connections you made yourself). Search covers integration names, descriptions and categories.
  • Shareable links:
Your filters are saved in the page link, so you can copy a filtered view, like a client's connected CRM integrations, and send it.
  • Built for phones:
A denser layout, categories in a bottom sheet and expandable search make it easy to check and fix connections on the go.
Why it matters
Before, you had to know whether an integration lived under Browse or Manage. Only one connection per integration showed on the page, so a second Gmail or Outlook inbox disappeared from the list, even when it was broken. Problems showed in banners at the top of the page instead of next to the integration they belonged to.
Now nothing is hidden. Every connected account is visible, broken connections are flagged where you'll see them, and you or your clients can fix them in one click, so AI Employees and automations keep running.
Who it's for
  • Partners managing integrations on behalf of SMB clients in Partner Center
  • SMBs that use more than one inbox, store or account in the same tool
  • Business owners who want to check and fix connections from their phone

FAQs
Q: Where did the Manage tab go?
A: Everything is on one page now. Turn on the "Connected" filter to see only what's connected, or "Mine" to see only the connections you made.
Q: Can I connect two Gmail (or Outlook, or Shopify) accounts?
A: Yes. Select "Add" on the integration's row. Each integration has its own limit on how many accounts it allows.
Q: I connected a second account before and it wasn't on the list. Is it lost?
A: No. Those accounts were always connected; the old page only showed one. They now appear on the row, and in "Needs attention" if they need fixing.
Q: How can I see who connected an account?
A: Open the integration. Its page lists who connected each account.
Q: Can I send someone a link to just the CRM integrations?
A: Yes. Pick the category and filters, then copy the page link. Whoever opens it sees the same view.
Q: Is this in Partner Center too?
A: Yes. Business App and Partner Center share the same Integrations page.
Q: The page says connections couldn't load. What do I do?
A: Select "Retry." While connections can't load, the page hides the Connected and Mine filters and Connect buttons, so you won't see a false "not connected" state.
