This release introduces AI meeting recording and analysis designed to help businesses capture sales conversations, follow up faster, and improve performance, all directly inside the CRM.

What’s launching in this beta
CRM AI Meeting Analysis
CRM AI Meeting Analysis capability helps sales teams move deals forward with confidence by giving them complete visibility into every customer conversation.
Once enabled, it automatically:
  • Records and transcribes meetings on Google Meet
  • Generates AI summaries, with insights like key topics action items
  • Surfaces conversation metrics and insights to support coaching and follow-up
  • Stores everything directly in the CRM for easy access
This capability is designed to be lightweight and accessible, making it especially valuable for SMBs and partners who want better sales insights without adding complexity.

Meeting Analysis helps you and your clients:
  • Capture every sales conversation
    Meetings are automatically recorded, transcribed, and summarized so important details are easily accessible in the CRM.
  • Follow up faster with clear next steps
    AI-generated summaries and action items make it easy to gain context and respond quickly after every meeting.
  • Improve sales performance
    Sellers and managers can review conversation metrics and key moments to understand what’s working and where to improve.
  • Stay organized inside the CRM
    All meetings, recordings, and insights live directly in CRM → My Meetings, eliminating manual note-taking and scattered tools.
  • Manage visibility and control
    With built-in privacy settings, users can control who can view meeting recordings, transcripts, and notes.

Trusted Tester for Business App
We are also rolling out a Trusted Tester program for Business App users.
If you would like to activate this feature for your clients:
  1. Fill out and submit this request form with client details for each client
  2. Once approved, Meeting Analysis will be enabled for that client
  3. End users (clients) can then connect their calendar and begin recording meetings
The Trusted Tester program is intentionally gated so we can closely monitor usage, gather feedback, and refine the experience ahead of the full launch. Your (and your client’s) feedback would have a direct impact on our product release.

How to start using Meeting Analysis
  1. Users connect their Google calendar in
    CRM → My Meetings
  2. Eligible meetings are automatically detected and recorded
  3. After the meeting, AI-generated summaries and insights are created
  4. Users can review everything in the
    Meeting Details page
    , including:
  • Summary and action items
  • Conversation metrics and AI insights
  • Participants and transcript
  • Recording playback
Built-in
visibility and privacy controls
allow users to decide who can view each meeting and whether it’s logged in the CRM.

This Open Beta is the
first step in the upcoming launch of CRM AI
. When it’s available to sell, this product will unlock the capabilities of the AI Sales Assistant, as well as sales engagement and automation across the sales journey.
