Why it matters

Before, large accounts couldn't export their full data in one go because of the 64K-record limit, and there was no easy way to see how an export was going. Now you can export a complete list in one step and keep working while it runs, without wondering whether it worked. Imports got an upgrade too, with full visibility on their progress coming into Partner Center or Business App.

How to get started

Export

In Business App or Partner Center, open any object table (for example, Contacts or Companies)
Press
Select all > Actions on all > Export
Follow the progress
Select any export row to see its activity in detail
Download the file when it's ready, or use the link in your email

Import

In Business App or Partner Center, open any object table (for example, Contacts or Companies)
Press "Import" and follow the prompts
Follow the import's progress in the same panel
Select any import row to see its activity in detail

Q: Is there still a limit on how many records I can export?

A: No. The 64K-record limit is gone.

Q: Do I have to stay on the page while an export runs?

A: No. You can navigate away. When you come back after it finishes, the download starts automatically, and you'll get an email with a link.

Q: Does this work in Partner Center?

A: Yes. It works in both Business App and Partner Center.
