Billing

View and manage all recurring invoices from a dedicated tab.
Filter invoices by cadence, collection method, status, frequency, due date, and more.
Set desired payment terms on recurring invoices, with options available from payment due within 7 days all the way to net 90 terms.
Export product activation and deactivation records as CSV files, complete with respect for any filter criteria set.
Get notified of overdue invoices and clients' payment methods nearing expiration.

Business App

Set custom date ranges for Executive Reports.
See new Google Insights that reveal the search terms customers are using to find your clients' businesses and the subsequent actions they are taking, now in Executive Reports and multi-location Business App in addition to Listing Builder.
The new “Contacts” tab in Business App this quarter lets your clients manage their own customer records. They can now import and create contact records in bulk and without the risk of duplication, add new contacts with just a name, phone number, or email, and add filters and tags that make organizing contacts super simple.

Campaigns

Create email content quickly with pre-built email templates that you can add to any campaign or automation.
Add dynamic links to send all your clients the same email in bulk, with a CTA linking to their own Reputation Management and Social Marketing accounts in Business App.
Brand new: Set automation triggers based on email activity, such as clicking - or not clicking - on a particular link.

Inbox

Provide context and avoid the risk of miscommunication during project management with auto-population of project details when communicating with vendors via Inbox.
Filter your Inbox view to focus on only the customers and conversations relevant to you with the ★ Following view. Additionally, get notifications for any new messages in those conversations and tune out the noise of other communication by subscribing to "Only My Events" and disabling "All Events." Listing Builder

Set extended hours of operation by including late night hours in a day’s schedule.
Automate the distribution of Special Hours (diversions from a business' regular hours due to holidays and other special events) via the Special Hours API.
