Inbox
  • Filter your Inbox view to focus on only the customers and conversations relevant to you with the ★ Following view. Additionally, get notifications for any new messages in those conversations and tune out the noise of other communication by subscribing to "Only My Events" and disabling "All Events."
    Available in Partner Center, Sales & Success Center, Vendor Center, and Task Manager. Coming soon to Business App!

  • Automate the distribution of Special Hours (diversions from a business' regular hours due to holidays and other special events) via the Special Hours API.
