Customer Management
Manage customer relationships right from Partner Center instead of jumping back and forth from Sales & Success Center. With Companies and Contacts, you can:
  • Associate Contacts with multiple Companies. [1:19]
  • Log notes and sales activities such as calls, emails, and in-person meetings. [1:39]
  • Create, track, and check off sales tasks as they're completed.
  • Create Opportunities, complete with built-in MEDDPPIC qualification. [2:56]
  • Monitor pipeline in Sales, and track performance with Premium Reports. [3:41]
  • Filter Companies by Snapshot Report data (see details in "Snapshot Report below). [4:15]

  • Send email campaigns to targeted audiences in bulk by filtering Contacts by any field/s on the contact record. Segment by location, industry, Snapshot Report results, and more to send a tailored email campaign in a few clicks.   • Capture new leads on your website automatically with AI-assisted web chat. Visitors to your website will be instantly welcomed, and their contact details collected in a brief conversations. New leads will appear in your Inbox in Partner Center, and will appear as Contacts. [6:14]

Orders
  • Easily price the packages in your store by setting an all-inclusive, recurring rate rather than pricing the components individually. Set the total price, and add one-time set-up fees where applicable. Then, review the initial and recurring retail, wholesale, and profit amounts to confirm the margins are acceptable before publishing. 9:34 in this video.

Snapshot Report
  • Snapshot Report data is now integrated with Companies in Partner Center. Filter prospects by various results from their reports, such as their grades and tech stack, and send them a targeted email campaign. [4:15]
