Add the ability to streamline billing for clients who have subscriptions across multiple locations or accounts within the platform.
Core Feature Requests:
Consolidated Invoicing: Please provide a feature to merge all active subscriptions for a single end-client (even if they are under different locations/accounts) onto one single, periodic invoice.
Prorated Co-Terminus Renewals: To support consolidated invoicing, please allow us to align subscriptions that have different start dates to a single, common renewal date. The system should automatically calculate the prorated charges to facilitate this alignment.
Pain Point This Solves:
Currently, managing separate invoices and tracking multiple, staggered renewal dates for the same client is inefficient for us and confusing for the client. This feature would significantly reduce administrative overhead and improve the end-client's billing experience.

Could you let us know more about your current consolidated invoicing situation? ie: are you dealing with someone who owns multiple locations of the same franchise, or is it more like one owner of several unrelated businesses? Are you currently sending them multiple invoices, or is there a consolidation step that you’re needing to do outside of Vendasta? Thanks!

We deal with both scenarios: owners of multiple franchise locations and owners of several unrelated businesses.
We are currently receiving multiple invoices from Vendasta and have to manually consolidate them outside of the platform.
