The setup and management for starter agencies was so bad I had to completely abandon Vendasta billing and so on and move over to quickbooks.
without quickbooks integration i could not reconcile any of the charges from vendasta or the payouts. My books had no idea where to apply any of the transactions as it was all bulked under vendasta.
I think at very minimum vendasta should allow agencies to create Master services agreements, Clean estimates, clean billing, and reports that show profit/loss per account per item. its all very broken up and hard to navigate.
