As partners, we should be able to customize specific Conversations AI Premium packages regardless of what packages are available to partners via Partner Center.
After reviewing all reseller marketing materials for the premium product, there's no indication on the concurrent call capabilities of the product. Can the platform handle 5000 calls at the same time, what's the limit and capabilities?
I want to be able to create packages with various features that are all customizable ad hoc, examples below:
  1. Plan1: 100 minutes included, overages at $1.15 per minutes; concurrent call limit is 2; limit to 1 default language.
  2. Plan2: 200 minutes included, overages at $0.95 per min; concurrent call limit is 3; limit to 2 languages.
  3. Plan3, 4, 5, etc.
All the attributes (concurrent call limit, overages, languages, etc.) can all be tracked and billed by the billing engine automatically.
Can these features/options be deployed?
