Add a feature for desktop similar to the "Mobile Call-to-Action Popup" where we can choose the default state of the chat widget to be open or closed.

Thanks Josiah Jones - we'll review this request. If you can share any more context about why this would be helpful, I'd love to hear more about your use case. Currently the web chat is tuned to drive conversions, so it intelligently pops open the first time, and then stays closed if a user closes it after that. Any addition thoughts on why you'd want it to be closed always, by default? Thanks!

Thanks, Vendasta Team - I totally understand and appreciate the value of having the chat open by default to prioritize conversions. I explained that to my client, however, he asked if there was a way to have it closed by default - hence the request, just want to offer more options to appease clients.
