I'd like the ability to AUTOMATE LEAD COLLECTION via SMS (or email) message from someone who is NOT already in the CRM.

Specifically, I want to be able to have prospects self-identify by sending a KEYWORD via incoming SMS that triggers an automation. This automated "conversation" would collect LastName, FirstName, and Email (along with the mobile number the SMS was sent from) in the CRM, then trigger an automation to send them a document or link via email or SMS reply.

This would be particularly handy if speaking at an event:

Ask your audience to take out their smartphones and text the word {relevant keyword} to {SMS number} in order to receive {bait} or indicate interest in more information. The automation would provide a programmed interaction to collect and store all pertinent contact information and then send whatever fulfillment (or meeting link) was promised.
