In the future I would like to see a way to change the Automatic Refresh for the AI's knowledge source to be more often than monthly, without having to refresh manually. For example, we have a client that is a live event space, and their chatbot conversations are usually about current shows that could have been posted on that site earlier that day but the AI wouldn't be able to see that new info.
