It will be great that our customers can integrate their WhatsApp number into the Business App but at the same time they can see in their phones the conversations too, because right now when they connect their WhatsApp number it automatically deactivate the view in their phones

WhatsApp has a feature that is now available in select countries called "Coexistence" which allows the WhatsApp business account/number to be connected to both their phone and a second app, like Conversations. We are reviewing supporting this feature in the future.
