Hello Tobias Devor thank you for your patience. Users can now send SMS text to any phone number with automations. This means you can receive a text alert yourself (or send it to a teammate) when someone submits their information through the WebChat or a Form submission. Unfortunately, we might not be able to send an entire transcript but currently we can send the summary of the transcript.
