When the website Agent is engaged, a notification should be sent to a specific user that activity is happening. Notify by email or text message.

Knowing when the AI starts a discussion is very important. We use these non-captured conversations to make sure the AI is answering correctly and adjusting the behaviour for the future. It would be even more valuable if a human could intervene in the conversation when we see an answer was wrong and to have statistics on how many inquiries were managed, not just captured. I posted these other features posted in a different thread but they are all connected. Anonymous website visits are valuable and need notifications, statistics and the ability for a human to respond.

Currently, the app will notify a business user when the AI on the website web chat has captured any piece of contact information - which seems like the right moment to notify users. But feel free to add some context as to why you want to notify sooner? Thanks!
