Summarized Lead Too Long - Due to Session History

One of our top clients just invested and launched Ai Chat. Any time a customer asks for a call back - a summarized conversation is forwarded to their email. However, because session history is stored (on-going conversation if chat is used multiple times) the summary is VERY long - and might not reflect what the customer is currently looking for verse a need they had months ago. Plus it takes too long for the staff to read these to find context and contact info. Sessions should have the option to clear when sessions are closed.
