Sync Facebook & Instagram Post Comments with Conversations Inbox

Currently, the Conversations inbox in Vendasta integrates Facebook and Instagram direct messages, but does not include comments made on posts. Please add the ability to automatically pull in post comments and their context (such as related post info) from Facebook and Instagram into the unified inbox. This would help our SMB's understand the context of incoming messages, track customer engagement, and respond more efficiently across all Facebook and Instagram interactions, not just private messages.

Also, in Reputation Ai will have the ability to monitor mentions on social feeds and websites. It would be amazing for Ai to respond when a client's brand is mentioned on a social feed. I also envisioned Ai responding when a relevant keywords/phrases are posted on social. Example: If a mom posts on facebook she is looking for a daycare in wickliffe, ohio, the Ai finds it and comments recommending our client. The Monitor Mentions feature I think has some great potential if we can get Ai responding.
