Currently fulfillment forms can be accessed via the "Orders" tab in Business App. It also requires a fair bit of hunting for the right order form to find the appropriate services if a client has multiple orders because the orders are listed by their unique order number.

It would be more convenient for the Digital Agents in task manager to be able to view and access the fulfillment forms inside Account records section of Task Manager. Similar to how the Order forms are accessible there.

In fact it would be very convenient if the Fulfillment forms were listed directly under the Order forms inside of the Account records section of each account in Task Manager.

The Fulfillment forms very often contain important information required to fulfill services on the account so making it accessible to digital agents within Task Manager will allow quicker access to key details.
