We need to receive advanced notice of product renewals so we can decide whether or not we need to renew them. Example: I just received notice that I was billed $100 for two instances of Listing Distribution for a customer who no longer will be paying for the service. If I have known Listing Distribution was going to auto-renew in advance, I would have canceled the product. It is next-to-impossible for us to keep track of numerous products for numerous clients that auto-renew. Please either give us timely advanced notice that products will renew AND/OR the option to not auto-renew the product at the time of purchase.
