Wouldn't it be handy if a person could filter by time zones in the pipeline? At 3pm MST, I dont want to see EST opportunities. Additionally, wouldn't it be cool if a person was working the leads list from the pipeline and once you added a sales activity, it moved to the bottom of the list?

filter is designed to only show the last action, even when filtering on specific actions. This means that it won't go into the account's history to get results.
So if the last action on your account is Snapshot Created, so it won't show up if you try and filter for Outbound Call. This is an issue with rewarding and recognizing activity and calls that led to snapshot.
