We have customers visit our store with our packages and individual products. We would like to have them make their purchase from the store, provide their info and cc, pay the first invoice, and; at that time, the system automatically generate the recurring billing. This should happen regardless whether the product is a "Package" or an individual product.

This is what we anticipated but, the current workflow has proven to be more cumbersome than we'd like.

This wouldn't even need to be completely automatic. Just like we have the "Create Invoice" button on an order, if we could have "Create Recurring Invoice" from an order (and make sure it's functional both pre-and post- order activation) it would save a lot of toil. Otherwise, channel partners and their admins need to go back to reference the original order and manually make updates and changes.
