For users of AI-assisted web chat widget in Partner Center Inbox, it can be given additional knowledge and facts, so it can answer more types of questions. For example, AI can be given asnwers to FAQs, services, pricing or menu details, and more, so the AI assistant can be more helpful when chatting with prospects and leads on the website.
This is currently available in Business App for your clients to use, and will be coming to Partner Center soon.

Jeff Moore: Custom Q&A knowledge was just released to Web chat in Business App Inbox, and is currently in progress for Partner Center web chat... I don't have an exact ETA at the moment but will be coming.
