I was certain this was fixed to say "Insufficient Data". Justin Fraser showed this new change 2 weeks back.

HashimSyed: The change is implemented and in place starting today (Friday, March 31st). Just tested and should be working!

Or instead of not showing one, that could cause problems as well, Simply have a disclaimer that this is a service area business and cannot be displayed
