Having a knowledge management category of products or a built in solution in the platform would be exceptional. Right now we use Getguru.com and prior to that we had a WP plugin and an internal intranet. I think having a category of products that offer solutions like this for wholesale rates would be great, but linking it within the business app is even better.

As an alternative, have the option available for us to build one for the clients we have - and internally for our staff.
