It would be helpful to view all invoices going out in a month (where we don't have to pull up per client)? Rather, a list of all invoices with all clients going out in April, etc.

When trying to create an invoice or a recurring invoice from a package, we used to be able to see the products on a line item basis with the ability to show or hide that information on the outgoing invoice. That is where we were also able to affect tax on an individual product basis as not all products are taxed. When creating a new invoice now it pulls the package as 1 line item and taxes it entirely. There is no way to break it down to only apply tax to the taxable items. There is no way to add a tax rate at the the product level either, directly on the product settings. So now it is charging the global tax rate on all packages and invoices in total with no way to edit or change that. Having to rebuild every package in an invoice line item by line item is not streamlined and is more prone to errors. Please fix that functionality ASAP. Thank you!!

Processors like Braintree offer a much lower rate. It would be great to have a choice.

When creating an order, customize the contract term per product/service (e.g 1 year, 6 months, indefinite etc) to accommodate your business' requirements and your customer's needs. The product/service will automatically cancel at the end of the term and both wholesale and customer billing will also automatically stop.

We have the option to duplicate a one time invoice. There is currently no option to duplicate a recurring invoice. Use case: I would like to see how adding or removing certain things from a client's invoice will impact their finances. Additionally, if we agree to make a change for some time in the future, for example in 2 months add SEO and remove a blog. I would like to be able to duplicate the current recurring invoice, make the requested changes, and set the first invoice date for agreed upon future date. I would also then set an end date for the original invoice. This would speed up the workflow as we can make the changes then and there and not have to wait for 2 months to manually go in and make the changes.

When ordering a product, enter billing details with confidence due to a small UI improvement that clearly marks the billing info section as "wholesale," to clarify that the section is for partners' own billing details, and not their clients'.
