I love having Inbox Pro capture conversations via WebChat, Instagram, etc., but I feel it's inefficient in tracking conversations with prospects. I would like to see the Inbox Pro automatically import all conversations into the 'Customer Profile' so we can see emails, calls, meetings, and conversations, etc., all in one place rather than bouncing between tabs. Also, rather than closing conversations, if I get an Inbox Pro message from a spammer or a scammer via Instagram or other forms of communication, I would like to DELETE the conversation rather than mark it as 'Close Conversation.'
