AI can respond on more channels via Inbox, like SMS, Email & Facebook
What would be a awesome feature is to have the Inbox AI respond back over the Facebook channels just like it does in the web chat, so if the company doesn't respond in time the chat can still answer based on its knowledge to google chat users, fb users. User can make it a choice where the company wants the AI to be able to auto respond.

Allow Option to Disable AI Webchat Auto-Open on Page Load for First-Time Visitors
Requesting an option to control the AI Webchat behaviour so it does not auto-open upon page load for first-time site visitors. This feature would: Improve user experience by avoiding unexpected interruptions. Reduce bounce rates for visitors who may find auto-opening intrusive. An ideal solution would include a toggle or setting within the admin interface to manage this functionality.

Call Forwarding for Inbox Pro Assigned number
Would like to enable call forwarding for the assigned number provided with Inbox Pro. Some businesses may have customers that prefer to call versus SMS. Call forwarding would allow the business to forward their assigned Inbox Pro number to be forwarded to their main business number.

AI Call Forwarding Calendar
I'd love a feature for the AI receptionist on the Web Chat number to be turned on and off automatically using a hours of operation calendar, that way someone can have it enabled only during non-office hours and not have to worry about turning it on and off again.

Email signature option per user
Need a custom signature option as the biggest issues I hear is we'd like to use the inbox for email but our company emails we have our signatures our links updates and more that the system doesn't offer. This shouldn't be a hard addition as there's a signature option that states who emailed and for which company. I think this is a major need to help sell the idea easier of using inbox for email.
