The Store is currently an analytics black hole, and a bit of a conversion nightmare. It would be very helpful if we could add our own analytics tracking, GTM, heatmap, live chat agent, etc., so that we can get insight into how many people visit these pages, how they interact with product pages, and how we can help them convert faster (or at all) from shopper to client. I've suggested this through internal feedback for years, and it's always acknowledged as a good idea ... but so far, no action.
