Partner Center users can capture and store information about their contacts and companies and create associations between them in Partner Center.
November 13th update
October 23rd update
September 25th update
September 8th update
As an agency owner, effectively managing customer relationships is vital to your success. Currently, Vendasta's Sales & Success Center offers a CRM experience that put companies first and makes it difficult to create and manage contacts, causing issues when integrating with other software that you use that contains the customer data. With the new CRM, partners can now easily manage and organize their contacts, companies, and activities data from various sources within Partner Center, consolidating all the information in one place.
Partner Users will be able to:
- Create a contact without a company
- Setting up flexible associations between contact and company
- Log activities on contacts or/and companies' timeline
- Search and filter on all contacts, companies, and activities fields
- Existing accounts, contacts/users and activities data in Sales & Success Center will be replicated over to the new contact, companies, and activities pages in Partner Center
- Support other services and vendors to extend and update the contacts, companies, and activities models

Jehan Zouak Gabriel Tsoi Any update on Companies and Contacts, as well as the associated sales tasks being accessible in the Partner Center Automations, in the same way Accounts and sales tasks from the sales and success center are. For example I love the new sales tasks feature however I cant create these type of tasks through automations. The only sales tasks I can create are the ones that only show up in sales and success center. The problem for us is that it looks like the Sales & Success Center "Sales Tasks" do not show up in the new sales tasks feature (Uses only Company and Contact "Sales Tasks") that we can access from partner center.

Jehan Zouak: Gabriel Tsoi When creating a company is there any way for us to pull companies information from google similar to how we do when creating an account. Also I don’t see where we can put the social profiles of the company when creating in the new partner center CRM. Since we can create a snapshot for the company from the new CRM, I am wondering how the system will have all the information it needs to create a snapshot successfully. If it automatically pulls from google based on name of the company we created and address, this could cause problems as there are many times where the name in google is not the same name we have internally as well as I have seen many cases where google doesn’t find the social account so we have to add it manually.
On another note is there a way or plans to create the ability for us to add a filtered list of companies and in turn all the associated contact of those companies to an email campaign similar to how we can add a filtered list of contacts to an email campaign in the new CRM. The reason I ask is the filters are not the same with contacts and companies. For example I would like to send an email to all companies and their associated contacts for any company that has a C or below grade SEO. With companies I am able to filter by snapshot report grade, but with contacts (only way in new CRM I have found to add to a campaign) I do not have this filter option.
I know this has just launched today, so I understand there is much more additional work that is being done. I just want to get a full understanding of what is currently possible and what is not before I have my team start using this new CRM. I am incredibly excited about the direction the team is taking the CRM, especially with many of the upcoming integrations, but don’t want to jump the gun and change our process before the new CRM is fully fleshed out.
I am more than happy to jump on a call to go through these questions I have on the new CRM as well as provide any additional feedback that comes with me diving into the platform over the next couple of days. Please feel free to shoot me an email at mswartz@egghealthhub.com.

Michael Swartz: Hey Michael - Thanks for the support and comment!
When creating a company is there any way for us to pull companies information from google?
- Yes, when you create a company and start typing in the name field, it will look up the company's information on Google. After you select a result, the information will be populated. However, that doesn't currently include the listing and social profile information. We will look into this and in the mean time, when you create an account, it will also create a company automatically with the information you have from the accounts created.
Is there a way or plan to create the ability for us to add a filtered list of companies and in turn all the associated contact of those companies to an email campaign?
- Yes, we will be supporting "Dynamic List" that would fit this purpose in Q1 2024.
We are definitely looking forward to touch base with you, just shoot you an email!
