2) After it’s booked, the event shows up in my calendar with my name. (Why am I scheduling a meeting with myself?) When I click the event, I see Sharon’s name, but I will likely forget who she is by the meeting date. This might cause me to cancel it or ask her, “Who are you again?” I suggest listing the event as “Digital Marketing Evaluation from iMedia Audiences.” Screenshot 2024-10-23 at 5.43.53 PM.jpg 3) In my email, the confirmation sender is “No Reply.” Feels impersonal. I’d change the sender to "iMedia Audiences Digital Marketing Evaluation.” I’d also change "Confirmation of Scheduled Meeting” to “Congratulations. You have scheduled your Digital Marketing Evaluation.” It’s more personable. Further, the email does not mention that this is for the Digital Evaluation. I think it’s essential to include it.
