With the new Net Promoter Score (NPS) feature in Reputation Management Premium, we or our clients need to have the ability to see, filter, and download their customers' comment history.

When you log into the customer dashboard, the menu on the left says Reputation Management. When you click on it, you go to reviews; however, for premium features, you really want to click on Launch. This process is not very intuitive. In a perfect world, I would want the initial click from the dashboard to bring me and my customers to the "Launch" page. One click, and they have access to everything. If that cannot be done, then I would want the "Launch" button to be more descriptive. It should inform customers that they should click there for advanced functionality. It is lost, and customers don't know they should be going there.

Looking for a way to have the Review Display widget show multiple locations instead of just one location. We've had requests for this and it's currently not an option.

If a verified business profile is verified & already on the list. All you need to do is add "/recommend" at the end of the url slug and Nextdoor Users will be able to leave them a review & recommend the business to their neighbors. They also host an Annual "Neighborhood Favorite" voting session that is based off of those recommendations.

The landing page that is linked from SMS review requests should be editable. Currently, we can only select the review platforms. The ability to edit the copy is important for various types of clients in different industries or if you just need to provide specific instructions. It should be editable with blocks just like the email review request template it. Further enhancement would be to have different landing page for different review request scenarios.

Since almost all features from CV are present in reputation managemnt premium, We had multiple partners asking for differences in order to just use one particular product. Currently mobile kiosk is unavailable in rep man premium hence it would be beneficial if this is possibly added so they can upgrade to rep man premium.

The ability to enter contacts and request reviews is great; however, not knowing whether the customer you emailed or texted left a review is unacceptable. There needs to be a way to indicate in the contact/review dashboard whether someone wrote a review. It would be helpful to know if the person left a review so we can determine if we need to send them a second request.

As a business owner, if I receive a review that is either for the wrong business, inflammatory, or inappropriate, I want to report it to potentially have it removed from that review source. Currently, reviews can only be reported natively on their sources. To help business owners manage all of their reviews in one place, it would be great to be able to report reviews right in Reputation Management.

It is important to enable response to review (currently only for Google Business) also for Booking.com , Expedia.com and Tripadvisor.com to meet our customers expectations. Our competition such as TrustYou, ReviewPro, GuestRevu etc. provide such options and we frequently losing prospects because we can't offer this. This is easy to implement as all those platforms provide API to do so.
