Specifically, this would be available within the AI Chat receptionist and any additional AI chat modules where users are interacting conversationally. Think of it like ChatGPT’s mic feature: a user taps a microphone, speaks naturally, and the chat converts that to text in the conversation. Primary Goals: Allow users to interact with AI Chat hands-free or faster than typing. Improve usability for teams who prefer verbal communication. Make AI Chat more flexible for real-world workflows in the field or on the go.
