Full email functionality in Business app - receive and send - with the ability to process with AI

You are the only CRM on the planet not offering direct sync of email to the activity feed in the CRM for contacts and companies. I am not sure why, but this is critical for almost ANY agency to keep up. Without it your CRM is a glorified address book.
