The ability to enter contacts and request reviews is great; however, not knowing whether the customer you emailed or texted left a review is unacceptable. There needs to be a way to indicate in the contact/review dashboard whether someone wrote a review. It would be helpful to know if the person left a review so we can determine if we need to send them a second request.

Add the ability to create special instructions for AI like in Social Media and Live Chat
Each customer has its own tone of voice, customer salutation and localized dependencies. Those can be handled when Reputation will be enabled for special instructions in the same or similar way as Social Media and LIve Chat. Please add this feature to make it more usable for our customers.
