New here. Right now it says Conversations AI (Receptionist) does not connect to external CRMs through Zapier. Does this mean clients have to log into Business App to see all new incoming leads? I'm assuming any business profitable enough to implement Chatbot or Receptionist with Email Campaigns already uses a CRM, how does this make sense, I need more information. Vendasta AI says this would require custom API workflow, is this something we have access to, how much does it cost? Need to know so we can create package pricing correctly if this will be needed for most clients. As I'm assuming clients don't want to move their entire customer database into a new one. I tried to look for these answers but couldn't find them here, sorry if it has been answered already.
